Isabel Arechabala (Madrid 1958)

Isabel holds a degree in Beaux Arts by Universidad Complutense of Madrid and is aprofessional designer and illustrator. She has mastered a unique blend of her artistictalent with a profound knowledge of the human body, creating original illustrations thatcombine asanas and anatomy.

She began serious yoga practice in 2000 in Yoga Studio and in 2006 began hertraining as a yoga teacher under Marta Mahou’s expert guidance and supervision.

In addition to her personal daily practice, she broadens and complements heryoga training with annual intensive courses and regular on-going teacher trainingcourses imparted by Marta Mahou. She also attends intensive courses given byprestigious professors of the Iyengar yoga method, as well as annual courses on Indianphilosophy.

Isabel is a teacher in Yoga Studio since 2009.
